Why is there a mismatch between my Workplace bill and the Reporting section of Admin Panel?

Billing calculations will usually be less than what you see in the Reporting section of your Admin Panel. A monthly active user for billing purposes is someone who had a Workplace account on the first day of the month and who logged in to visit their Workplace community, the Admin Panel or Work Chat during that month. (A push notification you get on mobile or by email doesn't count.)
